Written Findings, Every Visit
Every sweep carries a Level I inspection and you get what it found in writing. If a condition turns up that a Level I cannot properly evaluate, we say so rather than guessing at it.
CertificationAsk Anyone For It, Including Us
Oklahoma does not license chimney sweeps, so certification is what is left. CSIA certification is renewed on a three-year cycle through continuing education or re-examination and carries a Code of Ethics that CSIA will revoke a certificate over. CSIA runs a public directory you can check a name against yourself.
What We Will Tell YouWhen the Answer Is Replacement
On a twenty-year-old factory-built unit with no listed parts still in production, there is no compliant repair. We would rather say that than sell two years of patching.
