If you call the number on this site we receive your phone number, and the call may be recorded for quality and dispatch. If you send photos of a firebox or a data plate, we receive those.
What We Do With It
We use it to schedule and perform chimney work and to follow up about it. We do not sell it. It is shared with the certified sweep assigned to your address, who needs it to do the job.
Retention
Records are kept while useful for servicing your account and resolving disputes. To ask what we hold or to have it deleted, call the number on this site.
